“METAL” TIM HENDERSON
With over 30 years experience in the music business, “Metal” Tim Henderson started in retail (HMV), radio (BraveRadio Weekly on Standard Broadcasting, 97.7 HTZ FM in St. Catharines, CFMU in Hamilton), video (MuchMusic’s Power Hour) and more.
Ultimately, this led to the launch of BW&BK Magazine in 1994 (which peaked at 40,000 copies, distributed in 40 countries) and the birth of BraveWords.com in 2000. With nearly 3/4 of a million visitors a month, the site is the CNN of heavy metal. Tim has dealt with thousands of bands, managers, labels, promoters, publicists and marketing companies around the world, building the BraveWords brand and making it “the” place to be in the hard rock/heavy metal universe.

Gene Simmons of KISS first recognized Michael Brandvold’s skills as a pioneering online marketing strategist and tapped him to build, manage and grow all aspects of Kissonline’s multi-million dollar enterprise. He also co-hosts a second podcast entitled Three Sides of the Coin about the band KISS, which has produced more than 500 episodes with more than 8 million plays.

GILES LAVERY
Giles has been involved in many aspects of the music business for many years. Starting out in music retail in 1994 he has worked his way up to managing many successful international acts, overseeing and co-ordinating numerous major catalog reissue projects, regular podcasting, A&R for Global Rock Records (who last year were acquired by one of the largest re-issue labels in the UK) and a songwriter & musician himself, Giles is familiar with all aspects of the music business. Giles is also very passionate about Film & Televison, in both preserving classics of the past, uncovering forgotten gems, exciting new ventures as well as music placement in film.

BRIAN ADAMS
Over the years he began as an agent, then manager with artists such as Rick Wakeman, Denny Laine of Wings, to name a couple before entering into the record label and International licensing side of entertainment. The culmination of both entities saw him working alongside some of the world’s major artists with Eagle Rock Entertainment for 16 years such as The Rolling Stones, Queen, YES, Deep Purple, Dio, and dozens of others while developing his own label (The Store for Music) and catalogues which he recently sold on to a bigger UK label. While planning to semi retire he was approached by BraveWords to head up the new venture as chairman alongside Giles, but the temptation was far too strong to resist working alongside these guys from the forefront of the global social media & promotion premier league.
